1. Introduction
Consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase contract under the conditions set out below. A “Consumer” is any natural person who enters into a contract for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, craft, or profession. This right applies in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory warranty rights.
2. Your Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you — or a third party you’ve named, other than the carrier — take physical possession of the goods.
If your order consists of multiple goods delivered separately, the 14-day period starts from the day you receive the last item.
3. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To withdraw, send us a clear, unambiguous statement of your decision (e.g. by email or letter) before the withdrawal period expires. It’s enough to send your withdrawal notice within the 14 days — you don’t need to have returned the goods yet at that point.
4. Returning the Goods
The return shipping address will be provided to you after you request a cancellation or return.
Send the goods back without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of your withdrawal. Sending them off within this window is enough to meet the deadline.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Where reasonably possible, please use the original or equivalent protective packaging — this is a recommendation to help avoid transit damage, not a condition for accepting your return.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what’s needed to check their nature, characteristics, and how they work.
5. Effects of Withdrawal — Your Refund
If the Seller cancels the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive notification of cancellation.
If the Customer cancels the contract (e.g., they changed their mind about the purchase, chose the wrong model or brand of the item, etc.), we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive notification of cancellation.
We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise, and you will not be charged any return shipping fees.
We may withhold refunds until we receive the returned goods, unless otherwise agreed upon individually.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of contracts:
goods custom-made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
goods that become inseparably mixed with other goods upon delivery;
urgent repairs or maintenance work specifically requested in advance;
If your purchase was financed through a linked credit agreement, the consequences of
terminating that agreement are governed by the applicable laws of your country of residence.
