902MHz to 21 or 28 MHz High Dynamic Low Noise Highly Stable QRP Transverter
Board to Flex radios.
UR3LMZ transverter for FLEX radios. We specially designed this transverter for easy connection to Flex radio, SDR and other similar radios. You only need a couple of cables to connect to your radio and you can work on UHF with all kinds of modulation. It is specially developed for severe conditions of reception – contests, DXing, the neighboring powerful broadcasting and amateur stations. The mixer is made on special HI-frequency ADE chip with whopping dynamic range IP3 + 17dBm typ. We made a new board on a modern elemental base without tuning elements. This gives a very stable performance, which is important when working on UHF.
This transverter board has highly stable frequency synthesizer. This allowed us to obtain a long-term stability of 0.2 ppm and to extend the operating range of the transverter 902 – 910 MHz with your HF radio frequency 21 – 29 or 28 – 36 MHz. This model has 2 LO frequencies that can be easily switched using jumpers on the transverter board – 874 and 881 MHz. This allows you to use HF radio with frequencies 21 or 28 MHz. High frequency stability allows you to work in FM, SSB, CW and even digital modes FT8 JT65 and etc.
In this transverter model we have added an additional input for external frequency synchronization. If you need very high frequency stability, you can feed a highly stable 10 MHz frequency to a dedicated transverter input. In this case, the stability of the frequency of the transverter board will be determined by the stability of the external 10 MHz generator.
If you do not need TX mode, then the connection will be very simple – please see the pictures in the item description.
We are
offering completely built and tested in UR3LMZ lab board that comes with the
English description which contains the circuit diagram of this transverter and diagram of how you can connect to your Flex.
